Request Deletion of Your Purchase Data

If you would like to request the deletion of your purchase history and related data from our systems, we are here to help. We take your privacy seriously and will process your request promptly.

What Data Can Be Deleted

When you make a purchase in Chompy's Quest, transaction data is processed through RevenueCat, our subscription and purchase management service. You can request deletion of:

  • Purchase history and transaction records
  • Subscription information
  • Any personal identifiers associated with your purchases

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your purchase data, please contact our support team with the following information:

Please Include:

  • Your email address associated with the purchase
  • The platform you made the purchase on (Google Play or Apple App Store)
  • Approximate date of purchase (if known)
  • Any other identifying information that can help us locate your data

What Happens Next

We Receive Your Request

Our support team will acknowledge receipt of your data deletion request within 48 hours.

Verification

We may need to verify your identity to ensure we're deleting the correct data.

Data Deletion

We will process your request and delete your data from our systems, including RevenueCat, within 30 days.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes

Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, deleting your purchase data may affect our ability to manage your subscription. Please cancel any active subscriptions through Google Play or the App Store before requesting data deletion.

Refunds: Data deletion does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Google Play or Apple App Store support directly.

Game Progress: Deleting purchase data does not affect your game progress, which is stored locally on your device.
